The aim of the 1st International Symposium on Asian Languages and Literatures is to explore and contribute to disciplinary and interdisciplinary researches on Asian Studies.

The papers may survey and analyse one or more of the following subjects:

- Translation Problems in Asian Literatures
- Asian and World Literatures
- Ethymological History of Asian Languages
- Asian Languages and Information Technologies
- Asian Languages and Literatures in Turkey and in the World
- Philosophy and Religion in Asian Literatures
- Ancient Asian Literature
The First International Symposium on Asian Language, Literature and Culture aims to bring together the results of recent academic studies, create a common ground to share scolars' ideas and experience and discuss new research. The organising committee would appreciate all contributions to the symposium.
