Funding is available for the 2011 REAL seminars. All you need to do is to register for one of the following seminars and apply to your country's National Agency by 14 January 2011!

  • REAL-TICE: How to get the most out of ICT in the languages classroom - Madrid (Spain)
  • REAL-CEFR: The Common European Framework for Languages: from theory to practice - Grenoble (France)

Project your association! Creating and managing projects in a multilingual Europe, in Bari (Italy), 6-10 May 2011

This seminar will be held in Bari (Italy) and aims to empower language teacher association leaders by providing them practical training on how to plan, manage and participate in international projects.

REAL-CEFR: The Common European Framework for Languages: from theory to practice, in Grenoble (France), 24-28 August 2011

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) has revolutionised the way we think about languages in Europe. Despite this much remains to be done to put its ideas into practice. Apply for a funded place!

Citizens from countries eligible to take part in the EU’s Lifelong Learning programme can apply for a Comenius' training grant. The funding deadline is 14 January 2011.

Successful candidates will have the following costs paid for:

  • transport
  • meals and accommodation
  • Conference fees.
