Silvia Minardi (REAL President) discusses Assessment within the European Framework of Reference for Languages. The presentation was given at the seminar organised by the European Network of Language Teacher Associations: REAL "REAL-CEFR: The Common European Framework for Languages: from theory to practice, Grenoble (France)" on 25 August 2011.
Over the last three years the REAL2 project, co-financed by the European Commission, has been working to set up a Network of Language Teacher Associations in the form of a sustainable membership organisation. The final seminar was an opportunity to look back upon what has been achieved so far and to give potential members more information on the Network’s future activities.

The Network to Promote Linguistic Diversity (NPLD) and the Welsh television channel S4C are holding a joint conference, entitled ‘European Cooperation for Regional Language Broadcasting’. The conference will be held in Cardiff, Wales on 8th-9th December 2011.
