A new website dedicated to the European language portfolio has been launched last 26 September. The European Language Portfolio (ELP) was developed by the Language Policy Division of the Council of Europe.

The EPG project is co-funded by the French national agency 2E2F. It is being developed by a consortium of 11 European partners and led by CIEP (24 month /2011-2013). The aim of the project is to help improve the quality and effectiveness of language training by providing an instrument that will improve competences and aid the supply and mobility of language teachers.
