The Spanish government has announced the Integral Programme for Foreign Language Learning, a 120 million investment

The Spanish Minister of Education, Ángel Gabilondo, presented during the Council of Ministers, a report about the Integral Programme for Foreign Language Learning, included in the immediate action plan 2010-2011 and financed with 120 million euros.
