With such tools, listening and speaking are no longer confined to the classroom, and oral comprehension and expression can easily be trained everywhere. Moreover the evaluation of the oral production by teachers is more realistic. All listed sites are free of charge.

Here you will find some ICT tools every teacher needs to create interactive lessons. Most are well known and well used. The absolute basics are not mentioned, as you're reading this on the net already!

Powerpointing My Office

Every good beginner level coursebook has a picture appropriately labeled. If it's aimed at general learners, it'll be any room in a house. If it's aimed at Business English students, it will be objects they come into contact frequently. Why use someone else's picture when your students actually live in houses, work in offices or manufacture on site?
