ELIAS aims to make a contribution to the implementation of efficient bilingual preschool programmes throughout the EU and to provide children of an early age with crucial knowledge of different foreign languages, intercultural competence, tolerant intercultural attitudes and a heightened awareness of the environment within an integrated programme.
